Formerly the New Hampshire Job Training Fund, WorkInvestNH supports employer-led training that builds stronger teams, improves performance, and expands the state’s talent pipeline.
Funding at a glance
Eligible New Hampshire businesses can receive reimbursement for approved structured training delivered on-site, in a classroom, or through a qualified provider.

Who qualifies
Businesses must be physically located in New Hampshire, or intend to locate there, pay into the state Unemployment Compensation Fund, and comply with New Hampshire employment laws.
How funding works
Employers may receive up to 50% reimbursement on approved training expenses. Grants range from $750 to $100,000. Awards of $70,000 or more require Governor and Executive Council approval.

Special incentives
Targeted options include the Transportation Sector CDL Incentive and the EMT Training Incentive Program, supporting recruitment and retention in critical industries.
Application process
Employers complete a relatively straightforward application of about three pages, establish a training contract before training begins, and document eligible costs for reimbursement.
